As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.

Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Error during payment of tickets

 

If there’s an error when you are purchasing tickets via the BBS (The Banks Payment central), the tickets might not be registered as paid in our system. They will then be reserved for a few minutes before they are automatically deleted.

 

We always send an e-mail with the confirmation of your purchase. If you are not sure if your purchased were registered - check your user account "online order" - check the status: If it says “Cancelled/refunded, the payment has not been registered” then you should attempt to purchase the tickets again.

If you get the error message "No results found" in might be because the event doesn't exist or it's not launched for sale yet.
Names are written in the order: first name, then last name. For instance: Ole Paus not Paus, Ole. Because of limited space the name you search for might be shortened. Like K. Reiresrud, instead of Knut Reiresrud.

  • Other search criteria

If you get the message " Sales at the door" this means that you can no longer book tickets to this event. Tickets are now only sold at the venue box office.

Seats for wheelchair users are usually available. If you are using a wheelchair, please take direct contact with the promoter or venue and ask them if there are available seats. Relevant phone numbers can be found in the event information.

Pickup date

 

When your order is confirmed, you'll receive a reference number and a pick up date. The pickup date is the very latest date you can collect or pay for your tickets. The pick up date varies from event to event, normally it’s around 3 days after you purchase the tickets.

 

What happens if I have missed the pick up date?

 

If you haven't picked up your tickets within the set date, the tickets are automatically cancelled. You will not be able to collect your tickets.

Credit Card Payments

Online processing of credit card payments is limited to cards registered within the European Union.

 

Cardholders outside of Europe are asked to contact our customer centre on 0047 815 33 133. Lines are open weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00, or between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.

 

For card security reasons we ask you to refrain from sending credit card details by e-mail.

Spread seats

 

If you ticked the "Accept spread seats" box while ordering your tickets on our website, you'll get spread seats. You'll get spread seats when we have seats which are closer to the stage, or better positions than any areas where we have seats beside each other.

To help you discover amazing events, we've divided our events into different categories. On the top of each page you will find links to the following categories: Music, Theatre/Show, Sports, Family and Festivals. So if you know what type of event you’re looking for, a good place to start is by clicking a category link.

 

How to Find Events

 

You will see a search box at the top of every page on our website - type your search words into this.

 

If you’re looking for a specific event then type in the name of the event in the search field in the top of the page. As you type some suggestions will appear – you can click the text which appears, or hit the ‘enter’ key to go to search results matching the words you entered.

 

If you’re looking for events in a specific venue, type that venue name into the search box and hit the ‘enter’ key. We’ll give you all the events we know about in that venue.

 

The other way to discover events is to use the dropdown menus at the top of our home page. Simply select the dropdowns which match the event you’re looking for and we’ll search our database

 

We try to match as many events as possible. For example; if you’re searching for Elton John you could type "Elton John" or " Elton" or “John“. Likewise for venues you can search "Rockefeller Oslo" or "Rockefeller“.

 

Whilst our search is clever, it’s not a mastermind. If you write “Elton John in Oslo", this search won't give any results.

 

Refining search results

 

Once you’ve got your results, you can refine and filter these. This will help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

If there are many results, you can refine the search by choosing:

 

•a specific city or venue

•a specific category

•a specific date

How do I purchase tickets?

 

You can purchase tickets online on our website, over the phone or at one of our outlets.

 

You can purchase tickets online at: www.ticketmaster.no When the order is completed, we'll send you an e-mail with the confirmation. It’s very important that you type in your right e-mail. If you have purchased your tickets online and they are to be sent by post, they'll be sent to the address you entered in your user profile. So please, double check your address before you buy tickets.

 

If you have made a reservation, you'll need to pick up and pay for the tickets at one of our outlets before the reservation pick up date expires. The deadline for the pickup is normally within three days (Narvesen and 7- Eleven are our main outlets). Note that some venues don't sell tickets at the door.

 

We advise you to pay attention to the information from the promoter. If 7-Eleven or Narvesen is not mentioned, it means they don't sell tickets for that event. That means you'll have to buy tickets on online, by phone or at the venue’s Box Office.

Ticketmaster makes it easy to purchase tickets online.  Here's what you do:

 

Create a user account - everyone who wants to buy or book tickets must set up a user account. To set up a new account, visit https://www.ticketmaster.no/myAccount/loginRegister.php#register When you are a registered user, click "Log in" Log in by using your e-mail address and chosen password. Remember to enter your payment information.

 

1.If paying by card, make sure you have the card in front of you

2.Find the event you want to attend by using our search field. Click "Find tickets" It will redirect you to our booking process.

3.State the number of tickets in wanted price range and click "Find tickets"

4.Select number of tickets in the correct price range

5.Click "Continue"

6.You'll now get the best available seats relating to your search.

7.Check your order.

8.The order is shown on the screen. You now have three minutes to confirm your order and make payment. If it's not confirmed within three minutes, it'll be automatically deleted.

9.Select payment method. If you choose to pay by credit card, have your card and code chip available - ready to fill out necessary information. If you don't state this within three minutes, the order is automatically deleted.

 

How we confirm your order

 

When the ticket purchase transaction is completed, you’ll see confirmation on the screen. Shortly afterwards we will send you a confirmation on e-mail. If you don’t get the email please check your spam filters. If you have not received the email within 3 hours, please call our contact centre  on 0047 815 33 133. Lines are open weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00, or between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
