How do I register for Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour tickets in Norway?

Registration is now closed.

Please remember:
This sale can only be accessed by the randomly selected individuals who registered and received a unique access code.

Registering does not guarantee you’ll get a code, and receiving a code does not guarantee you will get a ticket.

If you were waitlisted you may still be invited to future opportunities if tickets remain.

 

Do I have more of an opportunity to get a ticket the earlier I register?

No. The selection process is random, and registering as soon as the window opens doesn’t increase the odds of getting an access code.

Can I register for multiple event dates?
Fans may register for other event dates and locations abroad, by visiting the Ticketmaster website from that country.

When does the advance registration sale begin?
The artist advance registration ticket sale starts at 15.00 on Thursday September 21. Only registered fans with approved links will be able to join.

 

If I receive a code, am I guaranteed tickets?
You can shop for tickets if you receive an access code, but it’s not guaranteed you’ll be able to purchase tickets. They’re available on a first come, first served basis.

 

How do I access the ticket sale once I get a code?

1. Prior to the onsale time:

• Sign into your Ticketmaster account in advance. Make sure you know your Ticketmaster password, or reset it ahead of time.
• Have your email open with the unique link and access code.

 

2. When the sale begins:

• Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time. Only Ticketmaster accounts linked with emails that have been assigned codes can join the ticket sale.
• Enter your unique access code exactly as it appears in the email you received. This may take a moment to process so please don’t refresh the page during this time.
• Stay within one browser window during the purchase process. Opening multiple windows or tabs may result in errors.
• You can purchase up to 4 tickets with your unique access code and only for the show indicated in the email you received.

When should I expect my access code?
Fans who are randomly selected to participate in the sale will receive a unique access code and purchase link via email in the afternoon on Wednesday September 20.

 

Can I transfer my access code to someone else?
No, codes are non-transferable and should not be shared.

I have access requirements; how do I register for tickets?
Venues determine the availability or types of accessible tickets. Procedures and facilities per venue are quite different. 

For this event you can purchase accessible tickets by sending in a request through this form from 15.00 on Thursday September 21.

Please note that you must have received a unique code in advance to be able to buy tickets. It`s not guaranteed that you`ll be able to purchase tickets. They`re available on a first come, first served basis. 

Requests for ticket purchases submitted before 15:00 will not be valid.

 

What are the age restrictions for the event?
There is no minimum age for this event. However, children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors of all ages must be in possession of a valid admission ticket. 

 

I registered but never received a confirmation e-mail or my access code

Registering doesn’t guarantee you will receive a unique access code nor that you will be selected to participate in the sale. Please note, we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A limited number of randomly selected fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist.

There has been incredible fan demand for Olivia Rodrigo's GUTS world tour, and even after the tour added 20 additional dates to meet demand, there are still more fans registered than there are tickets available. As a result, the majority of fans who registered were placed on the waitlist.

If tickets remain, additional fans may be randomly selected from the waitlist for future ticketing opportunities.

I received confirmation of registration but neither a code nor a notification I was put on the wait list.

Why didn’t my access code work?
If you registered and received an access code by email from Ticketmaster, but it’s not working, try checking these things first:

• Make sure the event is on sale. Advance registration access codes are sent out before the event goes on sale but won’t work until the event is actually on sale.
• You must be signed in with the same email address you used to register for the ticket sale.
• You must enter the access code exactly how it appears in your text or email.
• If you used your code to buy tickets already, you may have met the 4 ticket limit. Due to demand, all events have a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.

Can I enter multiple codes?

No. Only one code can be processed per purchase.

 

What happens if I’m on the waiting list?

Why isn’t there a general sale for the public?

Artists choose to use registration to help block bots, reduce resale and get more tickets directly into the hands of real people who want to attend the show. Ultimately, artists decide when and how to put their tickets on sale, including whether or not there should be registered sales.

 

When artists choose to use registration, anyone can register free of charge. All you have to do is select which shows you are interested in before they go on sale.

 

Are tickets for this event personalized?
No, tickets for the Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour are not personalized, meaning no identification will be asked upon entry.

Can I buy tickets for someone else?

Yes, you can buy tickets for somebody else. Please note Ticket Transfer will not immediately be activated after the on sale. This means you can’t forward tickets to somebody else.      

 

When will tickets be available in my online account, and how will I access them?

All tickets are mobile/digital tickets and they will be available via your Ticketmaster account and via the Ticketmaster App. Tickets will not be released until closer to the event date. Tickets have a delayed delivery if there is a longer period between the purchase and access to a ticket. It’s used to prevent tickets from being accessed until we can confirm everyone has adhered to the event ticket limit and didn’t use unfair ticket technology to buy in bulk.

Beware: it may take a few hours after purchase before your order is displayed in your account. Please check your e-mail for your confirmation.

 

What are the ticket prices for this event?
Prices are determined by the Event Organizer and depend on artist, event and venue. Prices will not always be published prior to the onsale. In some instances, the Event Organizer price tickets according to their market value. These tickets do not include VIP packages and pricing is subject to change. Prices will appear on the event page once the onsale has started.

 

Is delayed delivery active for this event?

Yes, delayed delivery is active for this event. You should be able to access your tickets on your account closer to the event date. We’ll notify you when your tickets will be available in your account, best accessible through the application. 

 

I can no longer attend the event. Can I resell my tickets?

You can sell tickets via Ticketmaster Resale, which will be active a few days after the on sale. If you can no longer use tickets bought from Ticketmaster, you can list them here for sale. Are Platinum tickets available for this event?

Yes, Olivia Rodrigo – GUTS world tour is offering Platinum Tickets. To purchase Platinum tickets, you need to be registered and selected to take part in the onsale.

The Platinum program enables market-based pricing (adjusting prices according to supply and demand) for live event tickets, similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. The goal is to give fans fair and safe access to the best tickets, while enabling artists and other people involved in staging live events to price tickets closer to their true market value.

 

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
1. In making a decision on your eligibility to access tickets, we will assess the data you provide to us. As part of this assessment, we may provide your data to a third party to analyse the contact details you provide, in order to verify and authenticate these. Together all such data is your “Eligibility Data” and will be used to determine whether, in our opinion and based on our criteria, you are a genuine purchaser. 
 
2. We will also assess your Eligibility Data to determine whether you may be attempting to purchase tickets for commercial purposes and/or on a fraudulent basis and/or whether you are otherwise in breach of any terms relating to this ticket sale or any other Ticketmaster Terms & Conditions 
 
3. We do this by creating a profile for you using your Eligibility Data, as provided here, as well as any information from your Ticketmaster account (if you have one) and assessing it based on a number of criteria including: your previous Ticketmaster purchasing history and the verification and analysis of the contact details you provide. 
 
4. The outcome of our assessment of your profile will determine whether you will be eligible to receive a code to access tickets.
 
5. Ticketmaster reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any liability whatsoever, to make a determination at any time that you are ineligible to be entered into the ballot to access tickets (or any other Ticketmaster campaign). We do this to make sure that wherever possible we offer tickets directly to genuine fans. 
 
6. We use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you register, we also collect information about you on behalf of the event organisers: Live Nation. We may provide them with information to help them run the event and their marketing as per their Privacy Policy.

7. You must register with the email address connected to your Ticketmaster account. If you do not have a Ticketmaster account you should create one before <Registration Closing Date/Time> and use the same email you have used in this registration.
