In the case of a cancelled or rescheduled event, Ticketmaster will refund according to instructions given to us by the promoter of the event. Service charges, postal fees and invoice fees are non-refundable. The additional cost for a collector ticket is non-refundable if the ticket has been dispatched. Consequential damages will not be covered.
If your event has been cancelled or rescheduled, and you have received information that your event has been opened for refunds, please use our contact form to apply for your refund.
The refunded amount will be transferred back to the card you used to purchase the ticket(s).
If you have changed bank connections after your tickets for a cancelled or moved event were purchased and you are applying for / waiting for a refund, please contact your old bank and inform them that the money has been returned to them. The banks usually collect such cases and will contact customers, but this may take longer. We therefore recommend that you contact the bank yourself.
Unfortunately, Ticketmaster cannot take action in such cases, as the amount has already been reversed and is out of our accounts.
If you payed with a gift card, we will need a bank account number (IBAN, if you live abroad) to transfer the money back to you.
Please note that tickets are not automatically refunded.
After the refund deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to refund your tickets.
If you have not received an answer from us WITHIN THE REFUND DEADLINE, confirming your refund, it is important that you contact us by phone + 47 22 82 81 97 BEFORE the refund deadline has passed, to secure a refund.
