In the case of a cancelled or rescheduled event, Ticketmaster will refund according to instructions given to us by the promoter of the event. Service charges, postal fees and invoice fees are non-refundable and consequential damages will not be covered.
If your event has been cancelled or rescheduled, you may contact us in one of the following ways:

The refunded amount will be transferred back to the card you used to purchase the ticket(s).
If you payed with a gift card, we will need a bank account number (IBAN, if you live abroad) to transfer the money back to you.
Please note that tickets are not automatically refunded.
After the refund deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to refund your tickets.
If you have not received an answer from us WITHIN THE REFUND DEADLINE, confirming your refund, it is important that you contact us by phone + 47 22 82 81 97 BEFORE the refund deadline has passed, to secure a refund.
