For gift cards for a specific arena/theater, contact the arena/theater on the front of the gift card directly.

Regarding our general gift card, unfortunately not.  The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date it was bought.  But if you haven't used it by then, we can not extend the deadline. This is also stated in our terms and conditions. The same applies to unused and partially used gift cards.

Note that the gift card can be used for events after the expire date, as long it is used before the expire date. 

Remember to check when the gift card is purchased, so that you have time to use it before the deadline.  Valide cards expire date and active amount can be checked here.
