How to send in a request:
- Login to My Account
- Select the order you wish to contact us about under "My Tickets"
- Hit the "Need Help With This Order?" button
- Choose the category "I`d like help with my order"
- Choose the topic "Request to refund og exchange tickets"
- Choose suptopic "I`ve booked tickets in the last 24hrs"
Please note! Once you have submitted your request, you will immediately receive an email confirming that you have read the exceptions and that your order is covered by Fan Guarantee.
