The right of cancellation section 5 §19 describes the limitations of the rights of cancellation. Section b states that "by other distant selling than by phone the right of cancellation does not apply for single services if the sales person by agreement is committed to deliver the service on a certain time or within a certain time limit." Single services that are delivered on a certain time or within a certain time limit are for example: theater-, cinema-, concert- and plane tickets. In such cases, you are referred to the cancellation rules that apply.
Purchased tickets through Ticketmaster are non-refundable. This also applies when you have chosen Klarna as payment method. If the event is cancelled, the ticket is refunded according to the promoter's guidelines and within 60 days after the date of the event. The service charge is not refundable.
In some cases, Ticketmaster's Fan Guarantee will provide an opportunity to cancel/refund a purchase within 24 hours after the purchase.
