Can I use my original tickets on the rescheduled event or do I need new tickets with the updated date?
If the information you have received/find states that your tickets are valid on the new date, you can use your original tickets. If you want to use tickets with the updated date, you will find updated tickets if you log into your Ticketmaster account.
The event has been rescheduled, but I would like a refund. What do I have to do?
Ticketmaster can only refund if the promoter has opened for refunds. If you have not received information from the promoter that your tickets can be refunded, Ticketmaster cannot override this. If you have any further questions regarding this, please contact the promoter in question.
The event information says that the event will be rescheduled, but I can't find information about a new date?
This means that the event will be rescheduled, but that the promoter still is working to find a new date.
When the new date is set, you will receive information about this.
