How do I buy Ticketmaster Resale tickets?
This symbol above means that a ticket is sold by another fan and is available for you to buy. The process of buying a Resale ticket is exactly the same as when you buy a regular ticket. Ticketmaster verifies each ticket when the ticket changes owner so that you can be sure that you get a valid ticket and that you get access to the seat that is on the ticket.
Ticket availability can change over time, so if the seats you want are not shown or if the number of tickets you want is not available, try again a little later as more tickets can be put up for sale closer to the event date.
Tickets with pink dots are Resale tickets and blue dots are standard tickets directly from the event organizer.
My plans have changed, can I change or get a refund for my booking?
The Resale ticket is sold by an individual and not directly from Ticketmaster, unfortunately we can therefore not offer a refund, except if the event is canceled. For the same reason, we can not exchange a Resale ticket for, for example, another time, venue or price category. Fan Guarantee does not apply for Resale-tickets.
How do I pay for a Resale ticket?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex. No other payment methods are currently available.
Gift cards can not be used as payment for Resale-tickets.
Why are the same tickets shown at a different price?
Available Resale tickets are sold by individual consumers. Each seller determines their own price, which means that you can see the same type of tickets with different prices.
Why can I only buy a certain number of tickets?
Since Resale tickets are sold and bought fan-to-fan, the number depends on how many tickets the seller has chosen to put up.
When do I get my Resale tickets?
Please note that you will not receive the ticket(s) by e-mail. Therefore, you will need to log in to your user account on www.ticketmaster.no or via the Ticketmaster app to access your Resale ticket(s). Note that in some cases, it may take some time before you see your ticket(s) on your user account.
I received an error message after buying tickets. What should I do?
If you have received an error message or if the page has frozen at the end of your booking, do not try to buy the ticket / tickets again as your order may have been successful. You will receive an email within an hour telling you if your order has been processed or rejected.
Will I be charged a fee when I buy a Resale ticket?
Yes, Ticketmaster takes a service and order processing fee of 12.5% which is charged to the buyer of a Resale ticket. This fee is charged to you as the buyer for using our Resale service, and is not part of the ticket price paid to the seller of the ticket. In order to be able to offer a secure Resale service, we need to cover Ticketmaster's actual expenses associated with the offer, operation and maintenance of the service. Such expenses are, among other things, linked to technical solutions, electricity, staff, payment services etc., and reflect our actual and real costs linked to the service.
Is there an age limit on purchasing Resale tickets?
Yes, you have to be 18 years or older to buy a ticket through Ticketmaster Resale. You must be able to enter into legally binding contracts, have a Ticketmaster account, and a valid credit or debit card issued in your name.
I would like to be notifed if Resale tickets become available
We currently don't have a system to notify you if Resale tickets become available. Available Resale tickets will appear right below regular tickets on the purchase page for the event on www.ticketmaster.no
