Important info regarding payout of sold resale-tickets:
The first time you use Resale, you must verify yourself and your bank account, for example via Bank ID (Instant Verification).
Our payment provider Adyen does not support payments to banks/currency (NOK) in:
The United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lichtenstein and Romania. If your country is not supported by our payment provider, we will not be able to make a payment to you if your tickets are sold.

How do I sell my tickets?
If you can no longer use your tickets, you can put them up for sale at Ticketmaster Resale.
It is easy to upload the tickets directly from your account, just follow these steps:
- Log in to your Ticketmaster account
- Find the ticket or tickets you want to sell
- Click on "Sell"
- Enter sales price
- Fill in other information and click "Continue"
- Check your information and "Confirm"
Your tickets will be visible on Ticketmaster.no and when they are sold, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. Please not that when you list at ticket for sale, it will be available to everyone at www.ticketmaster.no. It is not possible to limit who can buy your ticket.
What happens when the tickets are sold?
You don't have to do anything. You will receive a confirmation email that the sale has been completed. Your tickets are deactivated and new tickets are sent to the buyer.
What happens if the tickets are not sold?
A few days before the start of the event, unsold tickets will be removed and returned to your account. You can also remove them yourself before that if you regret it or want to change the price.
Can I sell/change a ticket I bought with Ticketmaster Resale?
No. A Resale ticket cannot be resold or changed.
Can I list tickets on Ticketmaster Resale from outside of Norway?
To sell your tickets via Resale, you need to have a bank account in Norway or another country supported by our payment provider. Our payment provider Adyen does not support payments to banks/currency in Australia, Brazil, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Lichtenstein, and Romania and the United States.

How do I change the price of my tickets?
You can change the price of your tickets by withdrawing/cancelling your listing.
How and when do I get paid?
Expect it to take about 10 days from the tickets being sold. Payment is made to the bank account you specified. To check or update your details, do so on your account, click "My Profile" and "Seller Information".
Why do I have to confirm who I am via BANK ID or an account verification document to receive my payment?
Before payment can be made, our payment provider must ensure that your information is correct. This is done to avoid fraud.
If you don't have Bank ID (Instant Verification), you may upload an account verification document.
Below are the requirements that must be met in your account verification document:
- Must clearly show full name, settlement number, account number, bank name and contain the bank's logo
- The account verification document can be a downloaded PDF from your online bank or a print screen from your online bank. Alternatively a scanned document or image.
- The file size should be at least 1 byte for PDF, 100 KB for other formats
- The file size should not exceed 10 MB
- The document should be in PDF, PNG or JPEG format
- Your name, settlement and account number that you have provided for Resale must be exactly the same as on the account verification document
If there are problems during the check, according to KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, we may need to ask you for additional information. You will in such a case receive an email from no-
reply@ticketmaster.no with information on how to proceed. If you need to submit information, you will find more about this in My Account, under "Seller information"
How can I update my payment information?
Log in to your account, then click in the following order:
1. "My Account"
2. "My profile"
3. "Seller information" and enter a new bank account.
Please note and your name and address must match the bank account information.
How do I find my Iban/swift number?
You can find the Iban/swift number on your bank's website. How to proceed varies somewhat from bank to bank. Below you will find the information page for Iban/swift for some of the largest banks in Norway:

Will I be charged a fee when I sell my ticket(s) through Ticketmaster Resale?
No. No fee will be added when you sell your ticket(s) through Ticketmaster Resale.
Is there an age limit on selling tickets through Ticketmaster Resale?
Yes. You have to be 18 years or older. You must be able to enter into legally binding contracts, have a Ticketmaster account, and a valid credit or debit card issued in your name.
Why isn't Resale available for my event?
Ticketmaster Resale is available for selected events based on the organizer's wishes and which ticket types apply. If the Resale button is not activated in "My Account", it means that Resale is not offered for your event at this time.
Upsells/add-ons to a ticket, such as VIP, can NOT be resold. Only the ticket itself, not the upsell (such as a VIP upsell) can be sold through Resale.
The availability of Ticketmaster Resale is determined by the event organizer and different ticket types.
