Change your user information

 

To change your user information, log in and click " Change user information " Here you can update your e-mail address and other information.

 

 

Unsubscribe to our newsletter

 

Registered users receive our newsletters by default. If you no longer want to receive the newsletter, click the link at the bottom of TicketAlert. Follow the instructions to unsubscribe.

Password

 

If you have forgotten your password, log in with your e-mail address and click "Forgot password“.

 

Within few minutes you'll receive a mail with your password.

 

If you don't receive an e-mail with your password try to turn off the pop-up blocker in your browser settings. Or try to set up a new user account with your e-mail - if you see a message to tell you that email address is already registered then you know you’re using the right email address. If you are able to create a new account, then your old account did not use that email address.

 

How do I change password?

What happens if you change user information after you’ve purchased tickets?

 

When you change user information like address, phone number etc. then your details are updated in our customer database.

 

When tickets are sent by post we’ll use the information we have for you in our database at the time we come to print and send the tickets (usually there are two ticket-printing windows each weekday).

 

It's therefore very important that you state your correct address before you order tickets.

 

Changing of name and/or address after you purchase tickets may lead to your tickets being sent to the wrong address.

 

Whether the tickets are sent to a new or old address depends on when the tickets were printed/sent from us. If we send the tickets before you change your address then we will have sent the tickets to your old address.

Creating a user account

 

To create a user account, you'll have to visit this page https://www.ticketmaster.no/myAccount/loginRegister.php#register and fill out the mandatory fields in the form.

 

When you are registered as a user, click ‘log in’ – you’ll need the email address and password you used when you registered with us.
