As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.
Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”
If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets online on our website, over the phone or at one of our outlets.
You can purchase tickets online at: www.ticketmaster.no When the order is completed, we'll send you an e-mail with the confirmation. It’s very important that you type in your right e-mail. If you have purchased your tickets online and they are to be sent by post, they'll be sent to the address you entered in your user profile. So please, double check your address before you buy tickets.
If you have made a reservation, you'll need to pick up and pay for the tickets at one of our outlets before the reservation pick up date expires. The deadline for the pickup is normally within three days (Narvesen and 7- Eleven are our main outlets). Note that some venues don't sell tickets at the door.
We advise you to pay attention to the information from the promoter. If 7-Eleven or Narvesen is not mentioned, it means they don't sell tickets for that event. That means you'll have to buy tickets on online, by phone or at the venue’s Box Office.

Ticketmaster makes it easy to purchase tickets online. Here's what you do:
Create a user account - everyone who wants to buy or book tickets must set up a user account. To set up a new account, visit https://www.ticketmaster.no/myAccount/loginRegister.php#register When you are a registered user, click "Log in" Log in by using your e-mail address and chosen password. Remember to enter your payment information.
1.If paying by card, make sure you have the card in front of you
2.Find the event you want to attend by using our search field. Click "Find tickets" It will redirect you to our booking process.
3.State the number of tickets in wanted price range and click "Find tickets"
4.Select number of tickets in the correct price range
6.You'll now get the best available seats relating to your search.
7.Check your order.
8.The order is shown on the screen. You now have three minutes to confirm your order and make payment. If it's not confirmed within three minutes, it'll be automatically deleted.
9.Select payment method. If you choose to pay by credit card, have your card and code chip available - ready to fill out necessary information. If you don't state this within three minutes, the order is automatically deleted.
How we confirm your order
When the ticket purchase transaction is completed, you’ll see confirmation on the screen. Shortly afterwards we will send you a confirmation on e-mail. If you don’t get the email please check your spam filters. If you have not received the email within 3 hours, please call our contact centre on 0047 815 33 133. Lines are open weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00, or between 10:00 and 14:00 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
What if I don't receive the tickets on e-mail?
Go to: http://www.ticketmaster.no/
Log on to "My user account" with your e-mail and password.
Go to " view order ". There you will be able to see all your bookings. Bookings which use the TicketFast method will have a yellow button that says " Show ticket(s) ". Click on this and the PDF will appear.
Here you can print out your Ticketfast tickets.

If the event is happening today and our customer services are closed, please contact the venue.
Tickets that have been reserved for collection cannot be cancelled via the internet. They are automatically deleted if the collection date is expired.
Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled. You can only cancel your tickets if the event is cancelled or moved to another date.
Change your user information
To change your user information, log in and click " Change user information " Here you can update your e-mail address and other information.
Unsubscribe to our newsletter
Registered users receive our newsletters by default. If you no longer want to receive the newsletter, click the link at the bottom of TicketAlert. Follow the instructions to unsubscribe.
Cancelled, rescheduled or relocated events
If the event has been cancelled, rescheduled or moved to another venue, Ticketmaster only make refunds according to the promoters guidelines. The service tax is non-refundable. Tickets to relocated or rescheduled events are still valid and can be used for the new date.
If you bought your tickets through one of our outlets (Narvesen, 7-eleven, etc), please contact them directly to refund your tickets.
If an event is cancelled, and not rescheduled, the tickets are refunded in the following ways:

We can only make refunds to the card number which originally made the purchase.
Creating a user account
To create a user account, you'll have to visit this page https://www.ticketmaster.no/myAccount/loginRegister.php#register and fill out the mandatory fields in the form.
When you are registered as a user, click ‘log in’ – you’ll need the email address and password you used when you registered with us.
· How do I buy ticket insurance?
If available for your event, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase ticket insurance when booking tickets.It will (currently) not be able to buy ticket insurance for performances that do offer E-ticket (print ticket your self) as a delivery method when there are fewer than five days to the event takes place. Then it will only be possible to buy tickets without insurance.
All claims processed only online, the same applies to other services related to this insurance.
· I have a request for a claim ("I want to file a claim" or "I have submitted claims for some days ago, did you get it?"). Who should I contact?

If you do not want this insurance, please contact Ticketmaster Norway PB 645 Sentrum 0106 Norway, phone +47 81533133 or by submitting a question to the Ticketmaster team via the "Contact Us" within 14 days from the purchase. Your insurance will be annulled and all money refunded as long as you have not, reported a claim or intend to make a claim.
