Follow these steps:
- Find your order under My Tickets.
- Scroll down and click Contact Us.
Fan Support is closed on weekends and public holidays. If you need help the day before or on the day of an event, contact the Event Organizer or venue directly.
Don't have tickets or can't sign in? Submit a form
Submit a form if you:
- Don't have tickets to an event yet.
- Can't get into your account.
- Need help with disability/access information.
- Have other questions.
