If you’re having trouble finding your tickets in your account, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Ticketmaster.no or in the app with the same email address that the confirmation email was sent to.
- Once signed in with the correct email address you should see your order in My Tickets.
When paying with VIPPS, it can sometimes take up to an hour for your tickets to be delivered by email or to appear in your account. If the payment has gone through, you'll usually receive your tickets within a few minutes, but if they're still missing after an hour, please contact Fan Support.
In the event of a temporary technical error during payment, we'll automatically issue a refund within 3-5 banking days. You don't need to take any action.
If you have multiple Ticketmaster accounts associated with different email addresses, check the inbox of each email address for the confirmation email or sign in to each of your accounts to find your tickets.
