Completing the seller checklist
In order for you to be paid, you’ll need to complete the following tasks:
When you list your tickets for the first time, you'll be asked to enter your seller details.
- Enter your seller details and select Save Seller Details.
- Enter your payment details. Choose your preferred currency and payment method. Exchange rate fees may apply.
You’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email once your details are saved.
If you’ve sold tickets on Ticketmaster before, we recommend reviewing your profile to make sure all your payout details are still accurate. This option is not available in our app.
To edit your payout details in your Ticketmaster account, follow these steps:
- Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
- Go to Seller details in the My Profile section.
- Add or update your preferred payment method and currency. Exchange rate fees may apply.
If you already have tickets listed, make sure your name and address match the payout details you’re updating—we can’t pay into someone else’s account.
Receiving your payment
We'll notify you by email if your tickets are sold. You can also check the status of your tickets in your Ticketmaster Account.
If you’ve completed the steps above, we'll deposit your payout typically within 17 days after the event.
