Completing the Seller Checklist
To receive payment for your sold resale tickets, follow these steps:
Before you can receive payment for your sold tickets, your bank details need to be verified by our payment provider.
If this is your first time listing tickets, you'll be asked to verify your bank details during the sales process. Choose the option Verify quickly with a provider, which allows you to confirm your account quickly and securely through BankID. You can also manually upload an account verification document, such as a bank statement, that clearly shows all the required information.
Payments can't be made to credit or debit cards.
If you’re not automatically directed to verify your bank details during the ticket sales process, or if you need to update it later, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to My Account.
- Select My Profile.
- Navigate to Seller Details to input new bank account details.
- Choose your preferred verification method.
Ensure your name and address match your bank account details. If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide the details for a payout.
If BankID is unavailable or you prefer manual verification, select Manually enter bank details. Provide your bank details and upload a bank statement showing:
- Your full name
- Your name and account number provided in Seller Details must match exactly as stated on the bank statement.
- Clearing and account number (for non-Swedish banks, include IBAN and SWIFT/BIC Code)
- Bank name and/or logo
- A date within the past year
Ensure all criteria are clearly visible by signing into your bank account on a desktop computer and taking a screenshot. Allow up to five business days for your bank details to be approved.
Receiving Your Payment
We’ll notify you by email if your tickets sell. After verification, payouts will be processed automatically within 10-17 business days. Processing may also occur after the event date, depending on when the sale was made. Payments will come from Adyen, our payment provider.
