If the Event Organizer has approved refunds, you’ll receive a notification or email explaining any refund options available to you.
The options to transfer or sell your tickets may also be available for your event. When they’re offered, you’ll see a Transfer Tickets or Sell Tickets button on your order. -

In some cases, refunds may be processed automatically to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. In other instances, you will need to contact Fan Support to ask for a refund.
