Refunds or exchanges aren't generally offered unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. Payment is considered complete at the time of booking, even if you selected Klarna and opted to pay via invoice later.
If you no longer want your tickets, here are some options to consider:

Tickemaster Resale tickets are purchased through private individuals and not directly by Ticketmaster, and can't be refunded or changed unless the event is canceled.
