In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange or upgrade for your tickets.
To submit a request for an exchange, sign in to your Ticketmaster account, find your order under My Tickets, and click Contact Us. We’ll let you know whether your purchase can be exchanged and how to proceed when we reply to your request. A fee equivalent to the ticket service fee will apply for each ticket that is exchanged.
Ticket Transfer, Resale, and third-party tickets cannot be exchanged or upgraded.
My tickets can't be exchanged. What should I do?
Transfer the tickets to friends or family. This option is not available for all events. You’ll see a blue Transfer button on your order if this option is available.
Sell the tickets to another fan through resale. If the Sell button is activated on your order, resale is available for your event. If it says Resale unavailable, your tickets can't be resold.
Some ticket types can't be resold even if resale is available for the event. If this applies, it will be shown after you click Sell.
