If your event is canceled, you’ll receive an email or notification with all the information, including letting you know if your tickets are valid for a new date.
Depending on the event, refunds may be processed automatically to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. In other instances, you will need to contact Fan Support to ask for a refund within a deadline set by the Event Organizer.
