If your event is rescheduled or moved, you'll receive an email or notification with all the details, including whether your tickets remain valid for the new date. No action is required if you can attend.
If you can't make the new date and the Event Organizer has approved refunds, you'll be notified about any available refund options.

If an event is postponed, the Event Organizer is still determining whether it will be rescheduled or canceled. Your tickets remain valid in the meantime.
Once a decision is made, you'll receive an update explaining your options. In some cases, the Event Organizer may allow you to request a refund.
