For some events, the Event Organizer or artist team will put a ‘lead booker’ policy in place. This means that the one who originally purchased the tickets, also known as the lead booker, will need to attend the event in person.
What do I need to get in as the lead booker?
To gain admission, the lead booker must at any point be able to provide the below:
- The digital or physical ticket
- The order confirmation
- A valid photo ID matching the name on the order confirmation
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
If you've provided us an email address, then you should receive a booking confirmation within 72 hours of the purchase. You can also see your booking details in your Ticketmaster account by checking your order history. Visit our Help Center for step-by-step instructions.
Can I change the name on the order?
We’re unable to change the name on your order once the purchase process has been completed.
Can I transfer or resell the tickets?
The Event Organizers want to ensure that as many fans as possible get tickets, they’ve implemented the lead booker policy to prevent the tickets from being resold or transferred. If tickets are put up for resale, they’ll immediately become invalid.
