Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are normally not personal. This means that you can use a ticket that is in a name other than your own, and that someone else can use a ticket that is in your name. Ticketmaster does not have the option to change the name of already purchased tickets.
IMPORTANT: Exceptions occur. For example, in the case of a ticket that is part of a VIP package, or when it is otherwise stated at the time of purchase that the ticket is personal.
We have recently launched Ticket Transfer, which makes it possible to transfer ticket(s) from one user account to another. Note that this does not apply to all events. You can read more about Ticket Transfer and how to do it HERE.
If Ticket Transfer is not available for your event, you can take a screenshot of the ticket or download the ticket(s) as a PDF from your Ticketmaster account. Pay attention to the quality of the image if you send a screenshot. It must be possible to scan the barcode or QR code.
Please note that buying and selling tickets through all channels other than Ticketmaster is at your own risk.
